Funding is intended to assist with tuition, housing, and travel. Applicants must be able to demonstrate the relevance of Hebrew language skills to their research interests. Eligible applicants must be based at a European university and must be EU citizens or citizens of another European non-EU member country.

Grants to USA, Canada, and International individuals to create content that raises awareness about freshwater resource sustainability. Projects may be created in a wide range of content formats, including written word, spoken word, film, video, photography, data visualization, and mapmaking.

Fellowships to USA, Canada, and International MDs, PhDs, and those with equivalent degrees for research related to endometrial cancer. The purpose of funding is to encourage the pursuit of a career in this field. Funding is intended for basic, translational, clinical, or population sciences research and must have direct applicability and relevance to endometrial cancer.

Topics include, but are not limited to philosophy, graphic nonfiction, memoir, biography, history, food or travel writing, the sciences, personal essays, criticism, and cultural or political reportage. The work should be intended for a general, not academic, adult reader. Projects must be under contract with a publisher in the US, UK, or Canada to be eligible.

The focus of the projects should be on providing sufficient antibiotics to people and animals in low and middle-income countries. This Challenge particularly encourages solutions from teams based in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs) and multi-disciplinary teams.

Grants of up to $22,000 to USA, Canada, and International early-career psychologists to support research addressing children with serious emotional disturbance. Funding is intended for research in the areas of early intervention and treatment. The goal of the program is to assist psychologists in producing scientifically-based research and programs that will provide models for broad-based applications across the country.

Awards to USA, Canada, and International individuals and organizations in recognition of outstanding contributions to the food sector. This award honors recipients whose efforts have resulted in innovative solutions to food insecurity in disadvantaged communities. The award winners are expected to participate in a program of events. In particular, the award recipients may be asked to attend the next Arrell Food Summit and other engagements.
